Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Lead and motivate a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all safety protocols are being followed.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for project managers.
Resolve any on-site issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure all materials and equipment are available and properly maintained for the work being performed.
Maintain documentation for work completed, inspections, and permits.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role in construction (minimum 5 years).
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
Proficiency with construction management software and basic Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Relevant certifications (e.g., safety/management certifications) are a plus.
A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
