Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and proficient Senior Full Stack Engineer specializing in Node.js and React to spearhead the development of innovative full stack applications. As a key member of our software development team, you will lead the creation of robust and scalable solutions, leveraging your expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Development: Architect, design, and develop high-quality, performant web applications utilizing Node.js for the back end and React for the front end.
2. Technical Leadership: Lead by example, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering best practices in coding, architecture, and development methodologies.
3. Application Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, reusable, and efficient code structures, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
4. Feature Development: Take ownership of new features from conceptualization to deployment, actively participating in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
5. Performance Optimization: Identify and address bottlenecks to enhance application performance, employing best practices for optimization and scalability.
6. Testing and Quality Assurance: Write clean, well-tested code and conduct thorough testing to ensure reliability, robustness, and security of applications.
7. Stay Updated: Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Node.js and React development, advocating for their integration into projects.
8. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Node.js and React: Extensive hands-on experience in building scalable applications using Node.js for back-end development and React for front-end development.
• Full Stack Proficiency: Strong command of both front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express.js, etc.).
• Database Skills: Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, MySql databases) and data modeling.
• Architecture and Design Patterns: Solid understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable applications.
• Problem-solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and implement them effectively.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and mentor junior developers.
• Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous.

Tech Stack:

• Node JS & Express.
• HTML & CSS.
• Javascript & React Js.
• Having experience in VueJs, PHP, Laravel and Python would be an added advantage.

 

Role Highlights:

• Competitive starting salary range: 17,000 - 25,000 based on qualification and experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years in the field of Software / Web Development
• Bachelors Degree in a Related Field would be an added advantage

 

Working Hours:

• Sunday to Thursday 9 - 5
• Saturday 10:00 - 15:30
