We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SENIOR COORDINATOR for our Sales and Marketing team who will be Responsible for the overall sales and marketing activities of AMINA Premium Lounge & Mix Grill. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry, demonstrating a passion for achieving targets, driving growth and enhancing brand visibility.

Scope of Work:

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans aimed at achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the F&B sector that can contribute to sales growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and improve overall sales performance
  • Hands on support in the development of promotional materials and campaigns specifically designed to drive sales and boost brand awareness.
  • Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, ensuring alignment with sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to adjust strategies aimed at achieving higher sales.
  • Track and report on sales activities, including calls, meetings, deals closed, and pipeline updates to senior management
  • Train and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on meeting sales objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales within the food industry
  • Strong understanding of food and industrial equipment & process
  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
  • Team player with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, strong work ethic and results-oriented approach.
  • Familiar with Multimedia & design software

Remuneration:       MVR 12,000 – 15,000 (based on qualification & experience)
