SENIOR AUDITOR (1) / INTERNAL AUDIT

JOB SCOPE

Ensuring successful completion of assigned audit and other engagements from planning, fieldwork to reporting on the audit findings.

Ensuring that an adequate risk-based internal auditing approach and other assignment management techniques is followed throughout the audit and other engagements.

Assisting during the annual audit planning process and providing proactive inputs to the quality improvement program and to improve overall efficiency of the department.

Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the Deputy Chief Internal Auditor (DCIA) or the Chief Internal Auditor (CIA), effectively and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master’s Degree in related field with a minimum of 03 years of work experience in a similar field OR,
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields with a minimum of 04 years of work experience in a similar field Or,
• Diploma in related fields with a minimum of 06 years of work experience in a similar field
• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
• High degree of independence and positive attitude towards work commitments.
• Take lead in audit assignments with moderate or minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical skills, sound professional judgement and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good command of English (both oral and written communication)
• Maintain the highest level of integrity and independence.
