Job Overview:
HASH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, executing marketing campaigns, and promoting B2B and retail products, as well as IT and software services. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills who can drive revenue growth while enhancing brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
* Identify and generate new business leads for IT solutions, ERP software, digital marketing, and consultancy services.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, businesses, and key stakeholders.
* Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate deals with potential clients.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
Marketing & Campaign Management:
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns for both B2B and retail products.
* Manage social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising efforts.
* Create engaging content and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
* Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors.
* Coordinate with the creative team to design marketing materials, advertisements, and digital content.
Client Engagement & Support:
* Act as a key point of contact for potential and existing clients.
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure high client satisfaction.
* Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve services.
Requirements:
* Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
* A Diploma with relevant experience will also be considered.
* Experience:
* 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in IT, software, retail & wholesale or digital services).
* Skills & Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of B2B sales, digital marketing strategies, and IT solutions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in social media management, SEO, Google Ads, and CRM software is an advantage.
* Fluency in English and Dhivehi is preferred.
