Terms of Reference – Sales Manager
Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will oversee the sales operations at the HSC Bar2000 Showroom, driving both wholesale and retail performance. This includes managing product promotion, client relations, and sales team leadership to achieve set business goals. The role focuses on growing revenue streams through innovative sales strategies, excellent customer service, and strong team coordination.
The HSC Bar2000 Showroom showcases a premium range of Bar2000 coffee beans and pods, state-of-the-art coffee machines, and related accessories. It also features Diplo cleaning solutions, Malizia personal care products, and a selection of high-quality food items such as San Michele Olive Oil and Iskon Sunflower Oil, specially imported from Europe to serve the Maldivian market. The showroom also functions as the official display space for Bar2000’s full coffee equipment line.
