Job Title: Sales Executive

Starting Salary: MVR 13,000

Location: Cristallo Private Limited (Main Office)

Role Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our revenue generation efforts. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting client meetings, calling and negotiating with clients and closing deals for our extensive line of heavy vehicles. This role reports to the Assistant Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop a deep understanding of our product line, including specifications, capabilities, and applications across industries.
•    Conduct thorough market research to identify high-demand areas and industries for heavy vehicle rentals and sales.
•    Actively prospect and reach out to potential clients through industry networks, online forums, and targeted marketing efforts.
•    Participate in telemarketing efforts to potential clients and leads with phone calls.
•    Prepare and present customized quotations, highlighting the unique value propositions of our products.
•    Engage in face-to-face client meetings, understanding their requirements and presenting solutions tailored to their needs.

Requirements:
•    Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field (sufficient work experience especially in the construction industry dealing with heavy vehicles will be take into consideration).
•    Proven track record in sales, preferably in heavy equipment or a related industry.
•    Knowledge of heavy vehicles such as cranes, excavators, large trucks, dump trucks, bob cats, and dredgers is a must.
•    Strong communication and negotiation skills.
•    Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
•    Fluent in English, must be able to effortlessly communicate to clients and business partners.
•    Must be able to work with high pressure at times to meet deadlines.
