Key Responsibilities
• Actively promote Ollo House services (buffet, catering, events & private hire)
• Identify and approach new corporate and individual clients
• Generate catering, event, and group dining sales
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
• Knowledge of social media and WhatsApp sales is an advantage
