Ollo House is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our business and bring in new sales across our diverse offerings.

We are a vibrant restaurant offering: • À la carte dine-in experience • Weekday lunch buffet • Catering services • Private venue hire for events & functions • Pool table (hourly bookings)
Key Responsibilities
• Actively promote Ollo House services (buffet, catering, events & private hire)
• Identify and approach new corporate and individual clients
• Generate catering, event, and group dining sales
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with restaurant and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
• Maintain client relationships and encourage repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
• Knowledge of social media and WhatsApp sales is an advantage
Salary: MVR 12,000 + Sales commission on reaching sales targets
