JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have completed GCE/GCSE O Level
- Must be able to speak Dhivehi and English fluently
- Must be computer literate and have knowledge on Microsoft Software
- Must possess a pleasant personality and provide excellent customer service
- Previous experience would be an added advantage
JOB TASKS
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Manage and organize sales-related documentation and records.
- Keep track of all credit and cash transactions
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery and follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers on any complaints
