We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our growing team at Haafai. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in managing the sales funnel, generating leads, qualifying prospects, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and a solid understanding of IT concepts.
Responsibilities:
Manage the sales funnel, from lead generation to closing deals.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Qualify inbound leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the value of Haafal's products.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare sales proposals and quotations.
Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Assist with marketing activities, such as email campaigns and social media engagement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings, especially within the restaurant technology space.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
An IT background or a strong understanding of software applications is required. This includes familiarity with basic technical terminology, software functionalities, and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical customers.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A strong customer focus and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in B2B sales will be an advantage.
