The Reservation Agent manages all incoming reservation requests across phone, email, and online channels. Acting as the primary point of contact for guests, the agent ensures accurate bookings while delivering a high standard of customer service.We are looking for dedicated individual locals to fill this key role in reservation department, ensuring our guests experience the utmost comfort and satisfaction.
Managing updates and entries of reservations in the booking system
Coordinating booking confirmations with resorts, hotels, and guesthouses
Collecting and updating confirmation numbers from accommodation partners in the system
Preparing and sending booking and quote confirmations and invoices to agents
Coordinating booking, quote confirmations, and invoicing with agents
Proactively engaging with partners daily to confirm and secure bookings
Managing and responding to all partner availability enquiries
Coordinating VIP/CIP arrangements and requests.
