Universal is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a positive attitude to join our Human Resource Team as;

Department:       Human Resource Department, Head Office





  • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person and answering or referring inquiries.
  • Receiving & answering all incoming calls via EPABX System within three (03) rings.
  • Handling & answering basic information related queries.
  • Transferring calls only after checking basic background details of the caller.
  • Receiving and dispatching of courier / post / official documentation within the corporate office.
  • Maintaining filling and relevant records of all courier / post / official documentation being received and dispatched at the corporate office.
  • Assist / Escort and guide all visitors only after checking basic background details of the visitor to respective desks.




  • Completed A' Level or O' Level
  • Must be good in oral & written English
  • Good interpersonal skills with strong ability of a team player and detail orientated
  • Should be familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Experience in the field would be an added advantage


Salary Package: USD 500.00 (Inclusive of all Allowances)
