Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling content that aligns with Root F&B’s brand identity and supports our marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, an understanding of F&B brand storytelling, and the ability to adapt designs for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and design visual assets for digital and print platforms, including:
  • Social media posts, banners, and ads
  • Point-of-sale (POS) materials, such as posters and shelf talkers.
  • Marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into impactful visuals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communications.
  • Prepare design files for production and liaise with printers or suppliers when necessary.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
  • Strong attention to detail, typography, and layout design.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
