What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years in FRP/composite boatbuilding or shipyard operations.
  • Hands-on expertise in hull & deck lamination, structural components, and marine finishing.
  • Experience installing engines, shafts, propellers, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read GA drawings, structural plans, and technical schematics.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and ready to relocate to Thimarafushi Island.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary (based on experience).
  • Accommodation, meals/allowance, and work visa provided.
  • Annual return ticket.
  • A chance to live and work in a world-class marine destination while building a legacy in craftsmanship.
