Qualifications

▸Completed GCE O Level (with good results in English and Mathematics)

▸Previous experience in a frontline role will be an added advantage

▸Must of at least 18 years

▸Able to work odd hours on shift duty

▸Computer literate and fluent in written and spoken English and Dhivehi

The right candidate will be efficient, goal driven, people oriented and have strong time management skills
Must be able to work effectively with a small team and be prepared to work irregular hours.
Be self-motivated and willing to take responsibility
Outstanding and friendly personality

Responsibilities

Carry out all procedures from passenger, baggage and cargo check-in, to boarding
Handling arriving passengers, baggage and cargo
Handling passengers, baggage and cargo, in case of delay, cancelation, critical connection and missed connection of flights
Deal with lost and damaged luggage
Dealing with VVIP, VIP, CIP and special needs passenger accordingly
Carry out all functions as allocated by duty manager
Should be thorough with Ground Operations Manual and carry out all functions in accordance to GOM
