Qualifications
▸Completed GCE O Level (with good results in English and Mathematics)
▸Previous experience in a frontline role will be an added advantage
▸Must of at least 18 years
▸Able to work odd hours on shift duty
▸Computer literate and fluent in written and spoken English and Dhivehi

- Must be able to work effectively with a small team and be prepared to work irregular hours.

Responsibilities
- Carry out all procedures from passenger, baggage and cargo check-in, to boarding
- Handling arriving passengers, baggage and cargo
- Handling passengers, baggage and cargo, in case of delay, cancelation, critical connection and missed connection of flights
- Deal with lost and damaged luggage
- Dealing with VVIP, VIP, CIP and special needs passenger accordingly
- Carry out all functions as allocated by duty manager
- Should be thorough with Ground Operations Manual and carry out all functions in accordance to GOM
