We're Hiring: Quantity Surveyor – MEP

Job Purpose
To manage all cost estimation and pricing activities for MEP works, particularly fire safety system design and installation projects. The role ensures accurate quantity take-offs, competitive quotations, and compliance with technical specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and quantity take-offs for MEP works.
· Develop quotations based on BOQs as per client requirements.
· Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
· Analyze vendor proposals and assess project risks.
· Evaluate variations, prepare cost reports, and assist in budget management.
· Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
· Coordinate with engineering teams to validate technical details and pricing accuracy.
Qualifications & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
· 2–3 years of experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor.
· Knowledge of fire safety systems is an added advantage.
· Proficient in MS Excel and QS software.
· Familiarity with AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings.
· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
