Job Description

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum 02 years experience in resort project/construction management, business administration or related field.
  • Experience with the preparation of documentation required for the necessary approvals from the Maldives government authorities will be an advantage.
  • Energetic, flexible and able to work independently with initiative.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge in file management and other administrative procedure.
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of any project administrative/technical paperwork required
  • Coordinating with the in-house HR department to ensure HPA approvals, work permits, visa documents, transfer, accommodation and food are arranged in a timely and organized manner. This includes acting as the key focal person for communications with all the contractors related to mobilization and demobilization of staff.
  • Assisting the project manager with the procurement process, collaborating with the in-house procurement team to monitor delivery dates and stock keeping
  • Collaborating with the finance department to prepare the payment documentation, monitor and update payment progress.
  • Compile paperwork required for tender and bidding documentation.
  • Maintains proper filing systems – both soft and if required hard copies, easily accessible and in a comprehensible manner available for the team
  • Ensure all relevant information, documents, financial and technical reports are made available for review during progress meetings.
  • Minute taking and assisting Project Manager on-site inspections and weekly progress meetings
  • Assist the Seaside Designers and Architects, to implement their ideas on-site and maintain frequent communication with the design team including reporting feedback.
