RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES: 
1. Design, develop and implement in-house web-based applications as per department and 
business requirements. 
2. Maintenance and enhancement of website and its contents.
3. Develop and implement software life-cycle process.
4. Assist in creating and maintaining software related technical documentation, operation 
documentation and user guidelines in accordance with standards.
5. Assist in system implementation and corrective maintenance, including managing vendors & 
internal resources to ensure timely delivery.
6. Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders for software application faults and system 
problems to resolve the problem within a required timeframe.
7. Technical support and maintain applications in a production environment.
8. Attend & troubleshooting client IT requirements.

REQUIREMENTS 
1. Completion of MQA Level 7 Qualification in Computer Science or related field with minimum
5 (five) years of programming experience

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
1. Experience and familiarity with frameworks such as PHP(Laravel) and JavaScript(jQuery).
2. Should have knowledge of front design using frameworks CSS and HTML5
3. Experience in SQL Database such as Microsoft SQL and My SQL.
4. Should have knowledge of web hosting and troubleshooting.
5. Ability to understand complex business processes. 
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Experience and have solid understanding of API (Application Programming Interfaces), micro 
service and integration concepts and technologies such as REST, XML and JSON.
