Job Description

Product Manager Responsibilities:

Design and implement strategic plans to increase and maintain the company’s sales for assigned portfolio.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Identify current market trends and consumer behavior and propose solutions/suggestions for management to improve the product.
Prepare and execute product roadmap along with revenue targets on weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
Present expense, revenue, and sales reports to the management team.
Regularly call & visit and meet potential clients to convert leads into sales.
Forecast and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Suggest/implement products, services, or techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
Looking after pre/post sales activities.
Coordinate with inter departments to ensure smooth product implementation and customer experience.

Sales Manager Requirements:

Minimum a Bachlor’s degree or above Sales/Business administration or relevant field
Masters degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
4+ years of proven experience as a sales manager.
Proven ability to drive the sales process.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Management and leadership skills.
Ability to develop sales and budget strategies.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Presentation and analytical skills.
Ability to analyze sales data.
Must be able to travel when required.
