We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's purchasing activities and ensuring that all procurement processes run smoothly and efficiently

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet operational objectives.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms and pricing.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
Monitor and analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover.
Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation.
Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in related field
Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar role
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
