Job Description:
- Handle client inquiries and provide technical and commercial support.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in identifying customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
- Maintain documentation and follow up with clients for feedback and requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of networking, CCTV, and IT solutions preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience will be an advantage.
