Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to customers fault requests on site
  • Checking and updating CRM regularly
  • Calling customers to attend faults and informing them scheduled time for visit
  • Assisting SLA customers’ requests along with Other technicians when Required
  • Answering customer direct calls and logging their requests on CRM
  • Attending on urgent customer faults such as stuck door or lock
  • Learning new product installations and procedures how they work
  • Checking email, Viber group or CRM for new faults and installations
  • Assisting new employees of the department with their tasks to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Doing all the other work assign by the company or HOD which is related to company

 

Requirement

  • Must be physically fit
  • Must be able to work long hours
  • Must have a motor cycle & driving license
  • Minimum GCE O'Level (A'Level or diploma in IT preffered)
