Position Overview

The Personal Banking Lead is responsible for overseeing and developing the Personal Banking business within the branch, ensuring high-quality customer service, sustainable portfolio growth, and compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements. The role focuses on mass retail customers, frontline advisory effectiveness, and service excellence, while maintaining strong risk and control discipline.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive customer acquisition and personal banking portfolio growth
Lead and coach Client Advisors
Ensure high-quality customer service and complaint resolution
Enforce KYC, AML/CFT, and consumer protection standards
Coordinate closely with Branch Operations and Premier Banking

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Banking
7–10 years experience in Personal/Retail Banking
Prior frontline leadership experience preferred
Strong customer, sales, and compliance mindset
