Position Overview

The Personal Banking Lead is responsible for overseeing and developing the Personal Banking business within the branch, ensuring high-quality customer service, sustainable portfolio growth, and compliance with all regulatory and internal policy requirements. The role focuses on mass retail customers, frontline advisory effectiveness, and service excellence, while maintaining strong risk and control discipline.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the Personal Banking business at branch level, focusing on customer growth and service excellence
• Drive acquisition of retail customers and growth of deposits and consumer products
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance oversight to Client Advisors
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all Personal Banking touchpoints
• Handle customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner
• Act as first line of defense for KYC, AML/CFT, conduct risk, and consumer protection requirements
• Ensure adherence to approved policies, procedures, and DOA limits
• Coordinate closely with Branch Operations and Premier Banking for service delivery and referrals

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Banking
• 7–10 years experience in Personal/Retail Banking
• Prior frontline leadership experience preferred
• Strong customer, sales, and compliance mindset
