JOB SUMMARY:
The Operations Officer is responsible for achieving sales goals and will develop a deep
understanding of all the features, functions, and technical details of the company's products and
services. This comprehensive knowledge is essential to effectively support the sales team and
ensure they can confidently address customer needs and queries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customers' technical requirements andidentify solutions aligning with their needs.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential customers through clear and persuasive technical presentations.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and functionality of our products/services, highlighting how they meet customer needs.
Provide expert technical guidance and advice to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers post-sale, providing prompt and effective technical support to address their technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions
Investigate and resolve customer technical issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams when necessary.
Conduct training sessions or provide documentation to help customers understand and use our products/services effectively.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor by providing ongoing technical support, maintaining regular communication, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to the sales team to drive competitive positioning.
Explore and acquire new potential customers and vendors to supply customer requirements, expanding the company's network and business opportunities.
