Job Description

WE ARE HIRING AN OPERATIONAL CAPTAIN!

Main Responsibilities:

1. Operate and navigate vessels, including speed boats and supply boats, in a safe and efficient manner.

2. Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.

3. Conduct pre-departure checks and routine maintenance of vessels.

4. Coordinate with shore-based personnel to facilitate loading and unloading operations.

5. Respond promptly to emergencies and implement appropriate safety procedures.

6. Maintain accurate records of vessel's activities, including fuel consumption and maintenance logs.

7. Provide support for transport operations, including assisting with logistics planning and execution.

8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of vessels and optimize performance.

Qualification and Requirement:

• Valid Captain's license 

• Proficiency in driving speed boats and supply boats.

• Strong understanding of maritime safety practices and regulations.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

• Willingness to travel as required.

 

SALARY: NEGOTIABLE, MVR 18,000 TO MVR 25,000
