POST: MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are looking for a creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both the design and execution of marketing strategies that support our sales and business growth.

SCOPE OF WORK:

Create engaging advertisements :- Design eye-catching ads for social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials. Make sure every piece of content fits the company’s brand identity and goals. Use strong visual storytelling through images and videos to communicate our brand.

Produce original photo and video concepts:- Develop and execute creative ideas for photo and video content. Maintain brand consistency and support digital marketing goals. Stay updated on new trends in graphic design, content creation, and marketing.

Use trends to enhance campaigns:- Incorporate emerging design and marketing trends into our campaigns. Help plan the content calendar to ensure regular, impactful posts. Monitor competitor activities and share insights that can improve our strategies and boost sales performance.

Support sales through program analysis:- Review and analyze MAPS College program information to help improve sales productivity. Work closely with the team to meet company sales targets.

Assist with PR activities:- Prepare PR content for media releases and take part in public relations tasks and events.

Provide sales and marketing support:- Reach out to potential students as part of sales outreach efforts. Support the execution of sales and marketing activities in line with company policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Marketing and at least 2 years of experience in the field of marketing.
Work experience in marketing, content creation, or design, especially in areas related to digital marketing.
Understand how social media platforms work and be familiar with digital advertising trends.
Good understanding of brand consistency, storytelling, and creative design principles.
Be able to turn ideas into clear, visually appealing content.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas.
Self-motivated, strong work ethic and results-oriented approach.

REMUNERATION: MVR 12,000 – 15,000 (based on qualification and work experience)
