Responsibility
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
Create content for the store's social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
Assisting with recruitment ofjunior marketing personnel
Creation of compelling stories for video campaigns
Coordinating and executing in-store events and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
Analyzing data and preparing reports on marketing campaign performance.
Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences.
Collaborating with the store's sales team to develop promotions strategies and provide support for sales initiatives.
Managing the store's social media presence and responding to collaborative business prospects.
Creating and managing partnerships with influencers to increase brand visibility.
Mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the marketing team.
Assisting with other administrative tasks when needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Minimum 2year experience in a similar post
Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) and ability to create engaging visual content
Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages, create compelling content and collaborate with internal teams
Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually captivating videos
Excellent Copywriting and Editing
Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
Exhibit creativity in ideating marketing campaigns, content creation and problem-solving
