Job Description

Responsibility

• Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Create content for the store's social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
• Assisting with recruitment of junior marketing personnel
• Creation of compelling stories for video campaigns
• Coordinating and executing in-store events and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
• Analyzing data and preparing reports on marketing campaign performance.
• Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborating with the store's sales team to develop promotions strategies and provide support for sales initiatives.
• Managing the store's social media presence and responding to collaborative business prospects.
• Creating and managing partnerships with influencers to increase brand visibility.
• Mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the marketing team.
• Assisting with other administrative tasks when needed.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing
• Minimum 2 year experience in a similar post
• Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) and ability to create engaging visual content
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey marketing messages, create compelling content and collaborate with internal teams
• Excellent storytelling skills and the ability to translate concepts and ideas into visually captivating videos
• Excellent Copywriting and Editing
• Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Exhibit creativity in ideating marketing campaigns, content creation and problem-solving
• Ability to work long and odd hours
• Pleasant and the ability to work well in teams
• Demonstrate leadership qualities
