Job Description

As the Manager – Cyber Security, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of robust cybersecurity programs. This is a leadership role where you’ll guide a team of analysts, collaborate with clients, and play a key role in shaping our security vision. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that values innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cybersecurity, including leadership or managerial roles
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and best practices
Excellent strategic thinking, project management, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus

Additional Information

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of cybersecurity analysts and engineers
Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies and policies
Oversee incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management processes
Collaborate with clients to assess risk, recommend solutions, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Drive Research and Development (R&D) initiatives to enhance service offerings
Present security assessments, reports, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and industry trends
