Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall sales and marketing activities of the company. This includes:

Track market developments, create strategies, set up sales plans, and - maintain customer relations.
Analyzing and strengthening strategies to improve sales and marketing efforts.
Prepares and completes Sales & Marketing action plans.
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements targeted to improve Sales.
Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
Supervise, Train and lead the S&M Team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Knowledge of modern marketing techniques & commercial trends.
Competent use of MS Office Programs.
Minimum 3 years’ work experience in the field.
Sound knowledge of sales and marketing metrics.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Familiar with Multimedia & design software
Positive attitude, self-motivated and driven to succeed

Remuneration: - MVR 16,000 – 18,000 (based on qualification & experience)
