Job Description

Job Profile Responsibilites:

  • Managing day-to-day HR operations by overseeing recruitments, onboarding, and talent management to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
  • Identifying training needs and facilitating employee growth programs to enhance skills, performance, and career development.
  • Plan and organize local, in-house, and overseas training programs to align with organizational goals and individual growth opportunities.
  • Addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity.
  • Preparing and presenting HR-related reports and data to senior management, helping to make informed decisions regarding workforce planning, retention strategies, and other HR initiatives.
  • Developing strategies to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention through initiatives such as recognition programs, surveys, and team-building activities.
  • Ensuring workplace health and safety standards are met and promoting a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Applicants Profile:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of Employment Act of Maldives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s Degree in HR will be an added qualification).
  • Maldivian Nationals only.
  • 4-5 years of prior experience in a Managerial/ Department Head role within Human Resources.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
