Job Description
- Lead and mentor the advisory team with the assistance of Advisory Director
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Manage a portfolio of client engagements across various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Oversee all aspects of client engagements
- Review workpapers, reports, and deliverables prepared by team members
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our advisory services
- Leverage existing client relationships and networks to generate leads and secure new business opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in valuation, risk management, and related advisory services.
Qualifications
A formal college degree is not required—your skills, experience, and willingness to learn with a growth mindset matter most. We are looking for people with following knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Leadership and team management experience
- Business development and lead generation skills
- Client engagement, relationship management, and project oversight
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and prioritize tasks

- Knowledge of valuation, risk management, and financial advisory services
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools

- Remuneration: Negotiable
