MANAGER (1) – FRAUD MANAGEMENT / OPERATIONS

Job Scope

The Manager - Fraud Management is responsible for overseeing and managing the bank’s fraud prevention and detection strategies. This role involves developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate fraud risks, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The manager will work closely with various departments to safeguard the bank’s assets and maintain the integrity of its operations.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in related field with minimum 02 years of work experience in a similar field OR,

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with minimum 03 years of work experience in a similar field.

• Experience in a related field will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS office suite of applications.

• Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively.

• Ability to coordinate projects and delegate responsibility.

• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive performance.

• Highly driven and self-motivated individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• High degree of independence and positive attitude towards work commitments.

• Strong analytical skills, sound professional judgement and problem-solving capabilities.

• Good command of English (both oral and written communication).

• Maintain highest level of integrity and independence.
