Job Description

VACANCY:  Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking a proactive and an experienced SUPERVISOR to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure that our facilities and operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role will require strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner.

RESPONSIBLITIES;

1. Oversee the maintenance staff and ensure they perform their duties effectively.
2. Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Coordinate and supervise repair work, either performing it directly or managing with external contractors.
4. Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid disruption of maintenance activities.
5. Plan and oversee renovation and upgrade projects.
6. Coordinate, attend and manage the response to emergencies such as system failures, natural disasters, or other incidents.
7. Meeting with potential and existing clients for surveys, inspections and communication of work requirements.
8. Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and safety checks.
9. Respond to tenant complaints and service requests promptly and professionally.
10. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction with building maintenance services.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
3. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
4. Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
5. Flexible to work under pressure and long hours.

Remuneration:             MVR 15,000 per month.
