LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
REQUIREMENT / QUALIFICATION
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
- Diploma or higher in a related field.
- Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work under pressure, and learn quickly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify business and individual training needs.
- Develop and deliver in-house training programs.
- Promote self-learning and personal development.
- Collaborate with external training partners.
- Generate reports on training effectiveness.
- Assist in conducting induction programs and supporting succession planning.
- Develop and train internal mentors and coaches.
- Ability to travel to dive operations and conduct training programs on-site.
