REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors’ degree or Diploma in a related field of Landscaping / Horticulture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a resort.
- Possess a strong knowledge of gardening practices, plant care and ability to perform all related tasks.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse landscaping team.
- Ability to communicate in English, both in writing and speaking
- Experience working in the Maldives is highly desirable
