As a senior member of the Kitchen, he/she shall be responsible for carrying out all necessary and relevant tasks in order to facilitate and maintain an effective and efficient functioning of the F&B Production Department.

Minimum 02 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort.
Ability to communicate fluently in both Verbal and Written English.
Ability to work extended hours when necessary.
Must have experience in Teppanyaki cuisine.
Ensuring day-to-day productivity of all kitchen employees and the full completion of rostered shifts.
Planning, implementing, monitoring, and improving safe and hygienic operations for Resort guests and employees at all times
Responsible for maintaining all kitchen equipment in his/her area in good working condition.
Planning and creating innovative menus utilizing fresh tropical produce to provide guests with an unsurpassable dining experience.
Maintaining excellent grooming and hygiene ensuring all grooming standards are met in relation to personal grooming and uniform presentation.
