Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated IT Technician to join our team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing security and IT-related systems such as Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to provide reliable support both in-house and at client sites.

Duties & Responsibilities

Install, configure, maintain, and repair Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems.
Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
Install and maintain hardware components including readers, cameras, panels, switches, and NVRs.
Diagnose, repair, and replace wiring, devices, and control panels (analog and digital).
Maintain and repair IT and security system components, including software, power supplies, and fiber/copper systems.
Provide technical support and act as an advisor on system programming and configurations.
Handle cabling tasks (installing, terminating, labeling, and documenting).
Troubleshoot, repair, and monitor alarm system hardware and electronic devices.
Prepare material requests and ensure timely procurement for projects.
Carry out additional tasks assigned by the IT Manager.
