IT Technician
The IT Technician will be responsible for maintaining and managing Zetta Group’s ICT infrastructure, providing exceptional after-sales support to our customers, and ensuring the security of our digital assets. This role includes providing internal IT support across all departments, managing our website, and implementing robust cybersecurity measures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- After-Sales Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers who purchase Zetta Group’s ICT and public safety solutions. Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Internal IT Support: Provide IT support to all departments within Zetta Group, addressing hardware, software, network, and system issues. Manage IT-related incidents and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- ICT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage the company’s ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and data centers, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Website Management: Maintain the company’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, functional, and secure. Work closely with the marketing team to implement website updates and improvements.
- Cybersecurity: Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect Zetta Group’s digital assets and customer data. Perform regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and respond promptly to any security incidents.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all IT systems, licenses, warranties, and security measures. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of IT infrastructure, security risks, and customer support activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT systems management, cybersecurity, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge of servers, networks, data centers, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience in providing technical support and managing IT infrastructure in a corporate environment.
- Familiarity with website management, including hosting, domain registration, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
