Job Description

Installs, modifies, maintains, programs and repairs Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Systems
Test all systems and equipment, after repairs are made, to ensure performance of system
Installs readers, cameras, door position switches, tamper switches, panels, and NVR’s
Performing maintenance service calls at customer sites
Install, diagnose and repair/replace wiring, devices and both analog and digital control panels for security, access control, and CCTV systems
Maintain and repair CCTV, Access Control, and Intrusion system components, including circuit cards, power supplies, software, copper and fiber optic systems platforms
Serve as a technical advisor on systems programming and configurations
Install various access control devices.
Program Access Control Panels & Systems
Install various CCTV camera types both Analog & Digital IP systems
Install cable pathway systems (cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks or D-rings)
Install, terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, assemble, disassemble, repair and monitor alarm system hardware and electronic devices such as video cameras, remote controls, audio surveillance equipment and television monitors.
Prepare purchasing requests for materials needed for each project
