Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, networks, and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, servers, and internet connectivity.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.

  • Ensure data backup procedures are followed and data recovery is effective.

  • Manage IT assets, including procurement, inventory, and maintenance.

  • Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and antivirus.

  • Support the implementation and rollout of new applications and systems.

  • Train staff on software and hardware usage as needed.

  • Maintain documentation of systems configurations, procedures, and incidents.

  • Coordinate with external vendors for service support and procurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.

  • Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), system administration (Windows/Linux), and cybersecurity practices.

  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Workspace) is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
