Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, servers, and internet connectivity.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
Ensure data backup procedures are followed and data recovery is effective.
Manage IT assets, including procurement, inventory, and maintenance.
Ensure system security through access controls, firewalls, and antivirus.
Support the implementation and rollout of new applications and systems.
Train staff on software and hardware usage as needed.
Maintain documentation of systems configurations, procedures, and incidents.
Coordinate with external vendors for service support and procurement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), system administration (Windows/Linux), and cybersecurity practices.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., Microsoft 365, AWS, Google Workspace) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
