We are looking for enthusiastic Team player who are willing to join our IT Department.
* To maintain a climate of trust & team sprit throughout the operation
* Ensure that entire resort configartion experiences minimal operating interruption
* Complaints from guests (Which normally arise in the computer system) Are minimal.
* Immediate attention is given to any guest complaint and dealt with according to established procedure to satisfy the guest.
* Corrective action is taken immedietly to prevent future recurrence of any guest complaints.
* Attend any computer problems that are encountered by computer users in the enitire resort automation.
* Be required to work at irregular hours and readily available on call basis on all system problems and emergencies.
* Must speak fluent English and Dhivehi
* Basic Understanding of Information Technology
* Minimum 1 year of experince in a similer field will be an added advantage
