About Global Reach Maldives

GRM is the aviation services and travel management division of Naamko Group, providing end-to-end travel solutions, including corporate and retail airline ticketing across the Maldives.

The Role Support the day-to-day operations of Global Reach Maldives by assisting with customer inquiries, booking coordination, documentation, and administrative tasks with a clear pathway to progress into an Associate (L1) role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
  • Support booking coordination, airline ticketing processes, and travel documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
  • Provide product and service information to customers under supervision
  • Support the team in meeting customer satisfaction and service quality targets

Requirements

  • GCE O'Level or equivalent (minimum); currently pursuing or recently completed A'Level or diploma is an advantage
  • Fluent in Dhivehi and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in aviation services, travel management, or customer service
  • Familiarity with travel booking or reservation systems is an advantage
