Responsibilities
- Recruiting new staff
- Making staff payroll
- Managing foreign staff related issues
- Approving job descriptions and advertisements
-Monitoring staff performance and attendance
-Advising on disciplinary and employee performance problems
Skilled in using XPAT Online and various HR platforms
Manage expatriate work permits and other visa processes and contract related data
Coordinate with immigration, ministry, and other government bodies
Undertake clerical tasks as needed
Assist in daily functions of HR & Admin
Ensure & collect letters / documents to & from various government / private offices
Assist in maintaining documentation and filling system
Attend and arrange expatriate staff traveling
