REQUIREMENTS:
O level or higher qualifications
Strong communications skills, Excellent organizational skills
Basic knowledge of labor laws
Fluent in written and spoken English and Dhivehi.
You should be able to work autonomously and remain calm under pressure
Basic computer skills
Proven experience in a related position would be an advantage.
HIGHLIGHTED RESPONSIBILITIES
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Assist Managers in payroll preparation by providing required data.
Coordinate recruitment of new employees, onboarding of new recruits
Coordinate and handle all expatriate employees documentation via government online platforms
Coordinate employee health insurance with relevant parties
Coordinate and maintain records of Employee Life Cycle such as transfers, promotions, and increments
Coordinate, maintain, and ensure timely renewal of contracts, permits, licenses and certifications.
