Crowe Maldives LLP is seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. As a Human Resource Executive, you will play an essential role in supporting the HR function, ensuring smooth administrative operations, employee engagement, and training initiatives within the firm.

Job Description
  • Perform general HR administrative tasks
  • Maintain and keep employee records and documentation up to date
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including shortlisting, coordination, and onboarding
  • Manage offboarding processes and related documentation
  • Facilitate the employee performance appraisal process, including tracking deadlines, assisting supervisors in performance reviews, and maintaining appraisal records
  • Identify training needs across departments by working closely with team leaders, scheduling sessions, and tracking completion to ensure all employees meet required competencies
  • Prepare and issue employment verification letters and other HR-related correspondenc
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or currently pursuing such a degree.
  • 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, employee engagement, and training coordination.
Additional Information
  • Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience
  • Working Hours: 08:00 – 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday)
